On 24th July 2022, Trupti Satapathy entered the police station at Kharvel Nagar in Bhubnaeshavar with her mother-in-law Aparajita Mohanty and filed a complaint against her husband Babushaan Mohanty.

Let us tell you why she has filed an FIR against her husband. She captured her husband red-handed with another girl names Prakruti Mishra. Prakruti Mishra is also a famous Odia actress. Trupti husband was driving his SUV car in which Prakruti Mishra was sitting with her and then Trupti intercepted his car at Satya Nagar.

Police had lodged the complaint of Trupti against her husband under sections 498A (husband or his relative subjecting her to cruelty) and 506 (criminal intimidation) of the IPC. On the other hand family of Prakturi Mishra family has also filed complaints against Trupti’s father Lalit Satapathy and Trupti. Their FIR has been lodged under Indian Penal Code sections 341 (wrongful restraint), 323 (voluntarily causing hurt), 506 (criminal intimidation), and two others.
